Our goal is to provide long-term recruitment solutions to our clients with whom we wish to cultivate strategic partnerships. As such, we have implemented a tool to help us measure your level of satisfaction with the quality of our services. In collaboration with the University of Quebec in Montreal, Ms. Sylvie Guerrero, Ph.D., of Hureca now offers you the opportunity to express your opinions through a quick and simple survey regarding the integration of the candidates we have referred to your organization.

The administration of the questionnaires will be handled by Ms. Guerrero, she will contact you either by telephone or by email. This process will ensure that Hureca develops even better service to its loyal customers!

This study will help us assess employers' perceptions and expectations of the duties and responsibilities of the candidates we have referred to them, and allow us to improve our measure of what we call a ''good fit''.

You and the employee will be asked to answer a few simple questions, such as:

-What type of employees performs best?
-What are your performance expectations for this employee?
-Is the employee given the tools required to meet these objectives?

Phase 1:

With your consent, Hureca will forward your contact information to Ms. Guerrero, who will oversee the administration of the questionnaires and contact you by phone or e-mail. Rest assured, she will handle your file with utmost confidentiality and that this sensitive information will not be entered in any database. A questionnaire will then be sent to you and the employee by e-mail soon after the hiring of the new employee.

Phase 2:

A questionnaire will be sent to you and the employee one year after the employee has been hired, so that a comparative analysis can be performed.
